School of St. Jude

The School of St. Jude has quickly become one of the most established and highly esteemed private schools for Tanzanian students who otherwise would not be able to afford an education. FoTZC has helped the Arusha-based school by constructing teachers’ housing, classrooms, and purchasing land during St. Jude’s formative years. St. Jude now has more than 1,200 students and 130 teachers, and it continues to grow. Their mottos “Fighting Poverty through Education” and “Challenging the Future Leaders of Tanzania” still ring true at the school. FoTZC was happy to play a role in St. Jude’s earliest days.
